Excellent Hotel and breakfast. Good english spoken by all staff. Excellent Thermal facilities, however, felt it was a little overpriced and no discounts available for Premium hsbc cc members. There are so many Hotels that line the streets in same area and all have thermal baths which offer same for 200% less in price per night.We would definitely return often to this very convenient Hotel on weekends if they offered us a special package rate. We are not tourist, but locals, and feel that this should be considered in their special deals on weekends.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Bursa. the location was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to organizing special requests, like arranging a fruit display and birthday cake. the spa manager made sure our bath and massage appointments went smoothly, and the restaurant staff even helped with the cake and table location. Our room was clean and quiet, and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning.

The bathtub in the bathroom was a bit high, making it difficult for older people to get in and out comfortably.

Returned for my second stay and was given a suite with access to the thermal water - talk about luxury! the staff here are all super welcoming and friendly. the location is just perfect, especially the SPA area - you'll never want to leave that relaxing spot! 🌿
